HOW LONG ARE YOUR SESSIONS?

Evaluation sessions are up to an hour long, and therapy sessions are 30 to 45 minutes long. 


Due to high demand, we currently offer only 30 minute therapy sessions during after-school times (Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm).

Length of time for private pay consultation and training, Specialized Habilitation, and Staff & Family Consultation services are arranged with the client and/or funding agency.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY THERAPY?

We will try our best to check your insurance coverage before your first session.

We are in-network providers with the following insurances:​

  • Cigna

  • FirstChoice

  • Molina

  • Premera

  • Regence

We are also contracted to provide Staff & Family Consultation and Specialized Habilitation through DSHS/DDA.

We are currently out-of-network providers for the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Amerigroup

  • Community Health Plan

  • United Health Care

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?

All staff are fully vaccinated against covid-19 and wear masks by client request, personal preference, and/or when King County community levels are Moderate or High.  

We ask that all clients, family members, or any other individuals who may accompany them to the clinic please follow current CDC guidelines for covid-19 precautions.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Hours are between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday.  We see clients by appointment only.  

We are closed in 2023 on the following days:

  • 5/29/23: Memorial Day

  • 6/19/23: Juneteenth

  • 7/4/23: Independence Day

  • 9/4/23: Labor Day

  • 11/23/23-11/24/23: Thanksgiving break

  • 12/25/23-1/1/24: Winter holiday break
